Terms

The beta

• InVenn is in a beta for invited families. It's free during the beta.
• It's still being built: things will change, and some things will break. Tell us when they do ("Send feedback" in the app).
• We may change or end the beta. If we do, we'll tell you ahead of time by email, and you can download a copy of your family's things first.

Who can use it

• A parent or guardian creates the family and agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy for everyone in it.
• Kids use InVenn with their parents' permission and under their supervision.
• You decide who's in your family and which devices are signed in. Keep your password to yourself, and remove devices you no longer use (Settings → Family → Household).

Your things are yours

• What your family adds stays yours. You let us keep it and work with it only to run InVenn for you: storing it, syncing it to your devices, and the services described in the Privacy Policy.
• You can download a copy, or delete your family, at any time.

Please don't

• use InVenn for anything illegal, or to hurt or harass anyone;
• try to get into another family's things, or around the app's limits on purpose;
• overload the server (for example with automated requests).

We may suspend a family that does these things. We'll tell you why.

The AI assistant and connected accounts

• The AI assistant makes suggestions; nothing is saved until you check it. It can get things wrong, so look before you tap Save.
• Each family has a monthly limit on AI use, which the administrator can change within the server's limit.
• When you connect a Google or Microsoft account, their own terms apply to that account.

No guarantees

• We back up the server every night and do our best to keep it running, but we can't promise InVenn will always be available or never lose anything. Keep your own copy now and then (Settings → Server & data → Download a backup).
• Don't rely on InVenn alone for anything critical, like medicine times.
• InVenn is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us (nothing, during the beta).

Ending

• You can stop at any time: delete your family in Settings → Family → Household, or write to us.
• If these terms change, we'll say so in the app. When a change matters, we'll ask you to agree again.
